Alisa Lynn Greenwalt

Alisa Lynn Greenwalt (Widener) loving mother, sister and Memaw went peacefully to be with the Lord on February 4, 2025 surrounded by her children whom she was most proud of. Alisa was born in Columbus, Ohio on April 4, 1965. She graduated from West Jefferson High School in 1983 and went on to become an LPA. Alisa spent most of her life caring for others at Arbors West and in their homes and extended that same love and care to those around her.

Anyone that knew Alisa knew that she loved deeply and was always willing to help those in need before herself. She had an extra soft spot for all of the stray cats in her neighborhood and provided a warm and loving home and full belly to many homeless cats over the years.

Alisa was preceded in death by her parents John and Patsy Widener and her sister Christi. She is survived by her children Rebecca (Ryan) Fitch and Dalton (Marrissa) Greenwalt and her grandchildren Tristen, Makenzie, Kellen, Raelynn and Kade. Her sisters Jenny (Denny) Braithwaite and Jeri (Nick) Hitchcock-Ross and her brothers Bill (Vickie) Hitchcock and Tim (Teresa) Widener and her many nieces and nephews also survive.

Calling hours will be held 1:00p.m.-3:00p.m. SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 8, 2025 at the RADER-MCDONALD-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 1355 West Main Street, West Jefferson, OH 43162 (614)-879-9222 where her Funeral Service will follow the visitation and begin at 3:00p.m. SATURDAY. There will be a Celebration of Life and a graveside service at a later date.
