Amanda Horne Runyon

Amanda Horne Runyon, age 38 of South Charleston, formerly of West Jefferson, OH, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 24, 2019, with her loving family at her side. A mother's love for her child is like no other and that was no different with Amanda and her daughter Katie. You were always sure to hear Amanda say "That's my Katie", with a smile no doubt. Amanda was an avid Ohio State Buckeye fan, loved shopping with friends and family, she loved her dog Georgia and her cat Grayson. Amanda was an inspiration to everyone she met, her smile and her personality were infectious. People's lives were greatly enriched just by knowing Amanda. She is preceded in death by her fathers: Darius Horne and Roger Bishop, grandfather: Franklin Horne. She is survived by her parents Gwen (Jerry) Pence and Lydia (Allen) McCall, her loving husband: Nicholas Runyon, daughter: Kaitlin Runyon, sister: Vanessa Horne, brother: Franklin Horne, brother-in-law: Richard (Nita) Runyon, sister-in-law: Amanda (Todd) Flowers, mother and father-in-law: Richard (Jesse) Runyon, grandmothers: Donna Regis and Loretta Horne, grandfather: Jerry Tanner, uncle: Scott Tanner, best friend: Laurie (Chad) Nulph, numerous nieces, nephews and friends all who will miss her greatly. The family will welcome friends at the RADER-McDONALD-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 1355 W. MAIN ST., WEST JEFFERSON, OH, 43162, Friday, November 29, 2019, from 11:00 am-1:00 pm. Funeral Services will immediately follow visitation. Burial will be at Hampton Cemetery West Jefferson, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, the family request for friends and family to please consider donating blood in Amanda's memory at your local Red Cross. The Central Ohio Red Cross was near and dear to Amanda's heart.
