Charles Sharp was peacefully called home to the Lord on the evening of Sunday, September 6, surrounded by loving family in London, Ohio. Charles was born on July 12, 1930; the fourth child of William Leon and Edith Faye Sprinkle who preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by one sister, Kathleen J Halopka, and three brothers, Jimmy L, Maurice L, William J. He is survived by his son John (Jan) Phillips (London, Ohio); brothers Myron (Joy) Sharp (Howe, Indiana), Alan (Carmen) Sharp (Greenfield, Indiana); one sister Edith Eileen Lewis (Logansport, Indiana); Granddaughter Ruby (Russ) Moore, Great granddaughters Savannah and Gracie Moore, all of Cairo, GA and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and great-great nieces, and great-great nephews.

He was a 1949 graduate of Washington Township High School (Logansport, Indiana) and Indiana Business College (1954). Charlie proudly served in the Korean War (1951-53). He was a member of the Grace Baptist Church (Morristown, Tennessee). He had requested no visitation, in lieu of flowers individuals may make memorial contributions to the Grace Baptist Church; PO Box 416; Morristown, TN 37815. RADER-McDONALD-TIDD FUNERAL HOME assisted the family of Charles A. Sharp.
