Debra Jenkins

Debra J. "Debbie" Jenkins of London, Ohio, passed away in her home on April 16, 2022.  She was born in Jackson Ohio, on June 20, 1960, to the late William Jenkins and Mamie Hall. Debbie was raised by her sister Nellie Elkins. Debbie was a free spirit and loved spending time with her sons and grandchildren.

 

She is proceeded in death by her husband Rick Wayne Allen, sister Nellie Elkins, sister Beverly K Hahn, brothers George Hall, Billy Hall, and  Deanie Hall.  She is survived by her children: Ricky (Kiki) Allen, Zach (Tasha) Allen, and Skylar Allen. Also a neighborhood mother to Josh Ramey, Jesse Ramey, Jacob Ramey, and Brayden Morris. Grandchildren: Devyn, Jordan, Kalhi, Raiden, Declan, and Zayden.  

Siblings: Sister Vicky Garza and Brothers Charlie Hall, Willie Jenkins, and Teresa King (Kenny Hunter), Steve (Chris) Elkins and Angie (Mike) Carpenter, and numerous nieces and nephews.

 

Services will be held at Harvest Chapel Christian Union Church at 530 W. Jefferson Kiousville Rd. SE
