Estal Voss, age 83, passed away peacefully at Ohio’s Hospice Dayton Ohio on June 12, 2021. Estal was born in Seymour Indiana, on January 24, 1938.
He is preceded in death by parents Walter and Lorena Voss, 8 siblings, and son-in-law Randy Haines.
Estal is survived by his loving wife of 62 years Janet Voss; siblings, Jack (Norma) Voss, Twin brother Lestal Voss, and sister Mary Jacoby; 3 Daughters, and their families; Michele Haines, Tyler (Logan) Haines, Harper, Hadley, Holland, Bryant Haines, Susan (Dennis) Gray, Shayna Gray, Leanna Gray, Naomei, Ryln, DJ Gray, Jaylen Bettina Buscemi (Don Crosthwaite Jr.) John (Kayti) Buscemi, Kalen, and Annie Buscemi.
Estal served in the US Navy and spent his career in Production Control Management at several plastics companies. He was dedicated to the love of his life Janet and found ways to show it on a daily basis. He loved his family and supported all of his grandchildren and great-grandchildren in their various activities. Known around WJ as part of the McDonalds breakfast bunch and avid WJ Roughrider fan. This Dad, Papaw and GGPaw was a generous soul known for his colorful stories of his youth, service, and about any random subject! He will be fondly remembered and missed by his wife, family, and friends. Private family services to be held at a later date.
