Glenn Bowyer

Glenn Bowyer, age 59, of West Jefferson, Ohio, passed away on March 1, 2025, at Arbors West Nursing Home. He was born in Madison County to James and Martha (Straley) Bowyer on February 6, 1966. Glenn drove a truck for 30-plus years and would talk about it often. He had a passion for building trucks and older car models. For many years, Glenn enjoyed driving the family-owned John Deere Tractors in the Ox Roast and July 4th Parades. 

He is preceded in death by his parents James L. and Martha E. (Straley) Bowyer. 

He is survived by sisters Sylvia Cavender, and Susan (Chuck) Landis; nephews: Micheal Cavender, and Jake Landis; niece Melinda Cavender; great-nephews T.J. Wilson, and Adrianna Wilson; several special friends including his best friend Richard “Richie” Braithwaite. There are many great memories of Glenn and he will be missed deeply.
