John Xavier Prush

John Xavier Prush, passed away on Saturday, May 29th, 2021, at Doctors Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. He was born September 19, 1943, in New Albany, Indiana to Cleo Marie (Slinkard) and John Thomas Prush. John grew up in Bedford, Indiana, graduating from Bedford High School and Indiana University. He was also in the Air Force Reserves. He moved to Ohio in 1974 and began a career with Campbell Soup/Pepperidge Farm Corporation. John lived and loved life to the fullest. He enjoyed showering people with gifts and seeing their excitement. He was an avid collector and loved shopping, auctions, and estate sales. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother. Surviving is his Companion Cheryl, one daughter Jodi (Travis) Congleton, one granddaughter Alyssa (Tanner) Dees two grandsons Chase and Keaton Congleton one brother Les Prush, three sisters, two nieces, and one nephew.
Cremation was chosen and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
