Larry Rollins

Larry S. Rollins, age 73, passed away on June 4, 2023, with his loving family at his side. Larry retired from Yellow Freight after 30 plus years. He took great interest in wood working, playing golf, and being silly with his son-in-law Jim. Larry’s greatest pride in life was his three grandchildren, and great- grandchildren. The void they will face will never be replaced.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents Steve and Audra Rollins, brother David Rollins, sister Priscilla Barclay, and son Robbie.

Larry leaves behind his loving wife Shirley of 53 years. Shirley was the love of his life and brought out the twinkle in his eye. Daughter Stephanie (Jim) Gribben. Grandchildren, Chelsea aka Punk (Patrick) Seymour, Kyle, aka Buster (Marrissa) Rollins, and Molly Gribben. Great Grandchildren Ricky, Jersey, Nateo, Brantlee, and Major. Several brothers, and sisters as well as many nieces, and nephews. Special friends, Tom (Sheri) Henry, Raymond and Dave. He looked forward to their monthly retirement breakfast. This we know he will miss greatly. Also his beloved four legged daughter Maezy.

Larry never met a stranger. He made friends with all who knew him.

We will continue to live his legacy and make sure he lives in all our hearts forever.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM, with Funeral Service immediately following the visitation at 2:00 PM, at the RADER-McDONALD-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 1355 W. Main Street, West Jefferson, Ohio, 43162.

Immediately following the funeral service at the funeral home the family would like to invite friends and family to join them for a celebration of life gathering at the Guide Church, 75 Hilliard Rome Road, Columbus, Ohio, 43228.
