Lisa A Cremeens

Lisa Ann Cremeens, age 32, passed away unexpectedly October 11, 2015. She was born May 10, 1983 to Linda and Dennis Cremeens. She was a loving mother to Isaiah Cremeens and Kayla O’Bannon. Lisa is preceded in death by Chester Lawerence Cremeens (grandfather). She is survived by her parents Linda and Dennis Cremeens of Hilliard, OH. Sisters Lori (Steffan) Johnson and Kimberly (Angel) Maldonado. Her two children Isaiah Cremmeens and Kayla O’Bannon. Grandparents Theodore and Debbie Rabuck and Ruby Cremeens; As well as many Aunts, Uncles and cousins. Lisa was a kind soul that cared deeply for her friends and family. She also loved animals. The family asks that in Lieu of flowers you would please make a donation to a humane society or animal shelter of your choice. The family will receive friends from 6-8pm October 15th at Rader-McDonald-Tidd Funeral Home in West Jefferson Ohio. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home Friday October 16, 2015 at 11 am.
