Millie Ruth Copley

Millie Ruth Copley, age 84, of West Jefferson, Ohio, went to heaven on Monday, November 9, 2020. Millie was born in Goody, KY to the late Harvey and Jessie Beck. Millie enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She had a passion for cooking, gardening, and sewing. Millie was a member of the West Jeff Bible Church, she enjoyed exercising with her friends. Millie was a loving grandmother figure to all the children she babysat and cared for in her home for many years. She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 57 years Dewey Copley Jr.; grandson Shawne Goodrich; brothers James Maynard, and Marcus Maynard, son-in-law Steve Callis. She is survived by her children Elaine Goodrich, Louise Callis, Brenda (Wendell) Mumaw, David Copley, Clarence (Deana) Copley; sister Rosa Lee Stamper, and brother Curtis Beck, 9 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, 3 adopted great-grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, and 1 great-great-grandchild arriving in Spring 2021, and lifelong dear friends Kathy Martin, Patty and Buzz Webb. The family will receive friends 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM on Friday, November 13, 2020, at the RADER-McDONALD-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 1355 W. MAIN STREET, WEST JEFFERSON, OH, 43162. The Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, November 14, 2020. Interment will follow at Hampton Cemetery, West Jefferson, Ohio.
