Neva "Ruth" Spencer

Neva “Ruth” Spencer, age 90, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Tuesday, December 6, 2022. She was born on September 14, 1932, in Floyd County, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Ernest and Shirley (Hannah) Robinson. She attended the Community Free Will Baptist Church, West Jefferson, Ohio, and belonged to the Heirloom Quilters Club, West Jefferson, Ohio.

Ruth is preceded in death by her husband Harry “Thomas” Spencer, sister Deborah K. Robinson, brothers Edward Robinson, and Verlie Robinson.

She is survived by her children, Ronald (Pati) Spencer, Renae (Bruce) Riffle, and Lori (Keith) Spencer-Runyon; grandchildren Rachel (Kyle) Spencer, Donald (Shelly) Runyon, Chris (Aimee) Runyon, Denton Runyon, Chelsea (Tyler) King, and Amanda (Cory) McEnhill, 8 great-grandchildren; and brother, Eugene (Teresa) Robinson; sister, Freda Barclay, numerous loving relatives and friends.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the entire staff at Bella Care Hospice and Mill Run Rehabilitation.

The family will welcome friends from 11:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M. on Monday, December 12, 2022, at the Rader-McDonald-Tidd Funeral Home, 1355 W. Main Street, West Jefferson, Ohio, 46162, (614) 879-9222, where Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 P.M, with Pastor Jerry Newman officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery, Grove City, Ohio.
