Pamela Sue Chenos

            Pamela Sue Chenos, age 62 of Galloway passed away peacefully Saturday Sept. 1, 2018 with her family by her side at the OSU James Cancer Hospital after a brief but hard fought battle with cancer. Pamela was born in Portsmouth, OH on Oct. 18, 1955 and grew up in various places until her family settled down in London, OH. She was one of 5 daughters (the youngest) of Alvin and Norma Green, who preceded her in death, along with her brother-in-laws Robert (Gladys) Denen and Larry (Alene) Hawkins, and a nephew John Toops.

            She is survived by her loving husband Rodney Chenos, her 2 children Heather (Doug) Teters of Marysville, and Rodney (Rebecca) Chenos of Hilliard, 4 sisters Thelma (John) Toops, Alene Hawkins, Gladys Denen, and Shirley (Larry) Walls all of London. Her 5 grandchildren Spencer and Kyle (Heather), Rachel, Julie, and Natalie (Rodney). Her brother and sister in laws Mike (Carol) Chenos, and Steve (Paula) Chenos, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and great nieces and nephews.

            Pamela worked at Discover Card, where she retired, and then went to work at the Madison County Senior Center. Pamela made friends wherever she went, and was the spark plug in every event happening at work, her children's events, or just at home. She was the "Life of the Party". Pamela enjoyed playing piano and in her spare time doing numerous different crafts, and spending time with family and friends.

            Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 & 6 to 8PM Wednesday Sept. 5 at the RADER-McDONALD-TIDD FUNERAL HOME 1355 W. Main St. West Jefferson, OH 43162, where a funeral service will be held at 11AM Thursday Sept. 6 with the Rev. Roger Reed officiating. Burial will follow in Hampton Cemetery, West Jefferson. Memorials can be made to the family.
