Ruth Rowe, age 65, of West Jefferson, passed away Thursday, March 3, 2016. Member of Orient Independent Church. Preceded in death by parents Thomas and Ethel Cook, 3 sisters and 2 brothers. Survived by loving husband of 48 years Ronald, brothers Ray (Ruby) Cook and Kelly (Glella) Cook, numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
