Sandra D. Schellhaas

Sandra Darlene Schellhaas, age 79, of Galloway, OH, passed away on Monday, April 17, 2023. Sandi graduated from West Jefferson High School, Class of 1962, she was an avid seamstress, and enjoyed spending time with Ben, and her family camping and boating.

She is preceded in death by her parents Robert and Betty Horton.

Sandi is survived by her loving husband of 60 years Ben Schellhaas; daughters, Tami (Matt) Modlich, and Julie (Glenn) Chave; brothers, Robert C. (Patty) Horton, and Dennis L. (Peggy) Horton; grandchildren, Karly (Robert) Baughn, Kevin (Narnia) Kay, Reid Chave, and Bailey Chave; great-grandchildren, Treyjan, Addison, Alexis, Hadrian, and Torben; many loving relatives and friends.

Family will receive friends on Saturday, April 22, 2023, from 10:30 AM – 12 NOON, with a Celebration of Life Service to immediately follow at 12 NOON, at RADER-McDONALD-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 1355 W. MAIN STREET, WEST JEFFERSON, OH, 43162, (614) 879-9222. A Private family inurnment will be held at Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
