Shela A. McIntier

Shela A. McIntier, age 72, of Mt. Sterling, Ohio, went to be with the Lord on Friday, February 24, 2023.  Born in Columbus, Ohio to the late Galen and Helen Gregg, Shela was a graduate of West Jefferson High School, Class of 1968.  When her health permitted, Shela attended Newport Church of Christ in Christian Union.  She had formerly attended Trinity United Methodist Church in Lilly Chapel.  In addition to her parents, Shela was preceded in death by her nephew Tyson Kaufman and her son-in-law John Stanford.  She is survived by her sisters JoAnn (Steve) Crawford, Gail Gregg and Linda (Jim) Davis; her children Shelley (Richard) Morris, Caroline (Larry) Sussman, Galen (Stephanie) McIntier, Albert (Katie) McIntier and Lenora Stanford; her grandchildren: Zachary (Justin) Wilson, Ryan (Brittany) Wilson, Jacob Morris, Katie (fiancé Nathan Kazee) Morris, Gregg Morris, Brittany Sussman, Sam Sussman, Bryan McIntier, Ethan McIntier, Ellie McIntier, Ben McIntier, Hannah McIntier, Lydia McIntier, Bethany McIntier, Lily Stanford, William Stanford and Wyatt Stanford; her great-grandchildren: Matthew Wilson, Pearl Wilson and Shani Sussman.
