Shirley A. Jones

Shirley A. Jones, age 85, of West Jefferson, OH, met her Heavenly Father on Tuesday, May 18, 2021. Born in Madison County, OH to the late William and Etta Fout, she was a graduate of Madison Rual H.S., Class of 1953. In addition to her parents, Shirley was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 59 years, Ralph Jones, Sr., son Ralph Jones, Jr., her 9 siblings and sons-in-law David Archey and Daniel Hampp. Shirley is survived by sister Elsie Slagle, of Madison County, OH, children: Pamela M. Archey, Richard H. (Dee) Jones, Cynthia L. (Randy) Archey, Jeanette S. Hampp and Janice L. Melton, 16 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Special thanks to special friends from Loving Care Hospice: Pastor Jerry Poff, Stephanie, Rachel, and Christina for your professionalism and exceptional care. The family will welcome friends FRIDAY, MAY 21, 2021, from 5-8 PM, at the Rader-McDonald-Tidd Funeral Home, 1355 W. Main Street, West Jefferson, OH, 43162. Funeral Service will be held at the funeral Home on SATURDAY, MAY 22, 2021, at 1:00 PM. Interment will follow at Sunset Cemetery, Galloway, OH.
