Terry Lee Johnson Jr. age 45, Born January 13, 1972 left us suddenly on Monday, September 18, 2017. Terry is proceeded in death by his father Clifford Stacey Sr.,

Wayne III (nephew) and grandmother Beverly Boysel. Terry is survived by his mother Beverly Stacey and daughter Searah, sisters Shelly (Wayne), Jackie (Wes), Stacie (Rob), Paula and Ashleigh, 1 step sister Leandra and 1 step brother Cliff Jr., special family friend Jodi (Amber, Joe and Kelsea), girlfriend Darla and family. He will be missed by his many nieces and nephews: Madison, Bubby, Mackenzie, Harlee, Wayne Jr. "Jessie", Ashley and his great niece Maddie along with several friends and family. Family will receive friends Monday September 25, 2017 1-2 PM, at Rader-McDonald-Tidd Funeral home 1355 W. Main St. West Jefferson, Ohio 43162. The funeral will follow the visitation at 2PM.
