Tracy Nicole Hampp, age 34, of West Jefferson, passed away surrounded by her family on Thursday, June 8, 2023. She was born on January 24, 1989, in Columbus, Ohio to Daniel and Jeanette Hampp.
Tracy was an AVID OSU Fan, always cheering on the Buckeyes! She also enjoyed watching Full Throttle Saloon and looking at motorcycles. She was a proud mother to her daughter, Cadence, and loved her more than anything.
Tracy graduated from Tolles Career & Technical Center as well as West Jefferson High School in 2007.
She is survived by her daughter, Cadence Leaper; mother, Jeanette Hampp; step-father, Dave Wilhoit; sister, Trisha Hampp; brother, Daniel (Brittany) Hampp Jr.; step-sisters, Anna (Phil) Paschal and Ashley Wilhoit; niece, Zoe Murry; nephews, Drake Wilkins, Russell Hampp and Kolt Hampp; and many other family members.
She was preceded in death by her father, Daniel Alan Hampp Sr.; grandparents, Ralph and Shirley Jones; and her uncle, Ralph Jones Jr.
The family would like to thank Zusman Hospice nurses for their loving care, and a special thank you to nurse, April Adkins at Arbors West.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 14, 2023, at the RADER TIDD MCDONALD FUNERAL HOME, from 11 a.m. to 12 noon, where a Funeral Service will begin at 12 noon. Burial will follow at Hampton Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Tracy may be made to Central Ohio Chapter of HDSA (Huntington’s Disease), 490 City Park Ave, Columbus, OH, 43215.
